- Have to pick up the rock in the puddle at the start
- During the 2nd Puppy encounter by the maze, hit dead center on the attack
- He’ll still dodge under like normal, but when he comes back up, he’ll remark on it
- “Oh, ho, ho, was there malice in that hit? Maybe you’re not so bad after all.”
- Trying to hit him anywhere but the center or without the rock equipped will trigger the Pacifist/Neutral response
- The battle with Puppy will end early and he makes a deal you
- “I see what kind of person you are. You got hurt, and now you want revenge? I like that, we’re not too different then. I know what kind of power you have, maybe we can help each other out. I assume you wanna get back up there points towards the surface and I want to set things to the way they were supposed to be.”
- “I do apologize for poisoning you, but I’m not exactly versed in curing it. That would be that thing’s specialty. So, in exchange for you getting me aaallll the way to the throne room, I can keep you healed up!”
- If you keep up with this route, you gain a new ACT where Puppy can give you a free heal for half your health once per battle (To a certain point)
- You will lose it if you ever deviate off the Geno path
- Will appear on the OW to heal you when you have 1 HP and a status condition like poison or burn
- Once you’re in the maze proper, you encounter a weaker monster and kill it with one hit
- Back in the OW, Puppy will comment on how strong Myzu is and then think to himself
- (I didn’t want anyone to die yet, but I guess them being stronger makes thing easier. Once I get the power I need, I’ll set everything right.) (This will come back to bite him later)
- Alternatively, you can just hurt them enough that they survive, scaring them away
- Puppy will still comment on your strength, but this will also set you on one of the Neutral routes (Let’s call it Puppy Plan A)
- If you continue to just hurt monsters without killing them, you remain on this theoretical Puppy Plan A Neutral Ending
- Killing other after this would result in a slightly different ending that’s dependant of who/how many you kill (Let’s call it Puppy Plan B, and yes, all variations of this ending would fall under this)
- If you just don’t hurt/kill them, flee/spare instead, Puppy will denounce his deal with you and you’ll be back on the regular neutral/pacifist path
