After a No Mercy Route in NegaTale, 300 years pass, and Sans is revived as LA LIBRO-- A being who exists only to spread woe and sadness to the lands. Due to the severe depression he causes, humanity creates a weapon to fight back against him; H90, a machine who rose from the ashes of the Cold War. Her goal is to counter La Libro's depressing aura.
