During the final TP fight, in the areas you have to traverse through, there are bits referencing the Geno Run and some glimpses at the past:

• Maze Area:
  • Shadowed (gray, transparent sprites; has green heart on chest to signify who) Hai and Grey running by holding hands
  • Fight with Louis plays out similar to Geno route, foreshadowing it, where he fights you out of fear and stalling for his neighbors to flee
    • Some dialogue about “they’re all gone” and “I have to stop you”
• Snow Area:
  • Lucky with the melted eyes and Pigfguu with the slash taken out of his cheek
  • Some reference of Dagger, but hidden so you really have to look for it, like when he had to seal Pigfguu away, and it’s kinda distorted or glitchy?
• Water Area:
  • Depictions of Opal’s and Rein’s deaths via falling on rocks and drowning respectively displayed through the shadowed sprites, then Marisol (with some reference to how your attack is supposed to kill her in the Geno route?) encounter (the implication is upposed to be that she’s the one who took the SOULs to the castle after finding them)
  • The ending of the Solfire event with the deaths of the members, Neo greiving their sister (Blade’s SOUL breaking animation); fights you in the undisguised form, since it’s almost exclusive to the Geno route
• Fire Area:
  • Shadowed Mary (gray, transparent sprite with his SOUL color on chest) sitting on the edge of a cliff, kicking feet, before falling into the lava
  • Lila building Ariatto (or in this case a stand-in, like a puppet conjured by Torben), fights you for “what you did”
• Castle Area:
  • Shadowed Miya (gray, transparent sprite with her SOUL color on chest) attacks Drazalor, dies
  • Shadowed Anne (gray, transparent sprite with her SOUL color on chest; standing there, hands folded, not a threat) gets stabbed(?) (some form of killed) immediately after before the encounter with Drazalor
• Final Area:
  • Voidlike, where the final confrontation with Torben takes place
  • A Shadowed Kokoro (gray, transparent sprite without a SOUL) playing with a younger Torben before he transforms and the fight begins
